1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of firulaiscamp.com and the services provided by Firulais Camp LLC (“Firulais Camp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By requesting, purchasing, or using any Firulais Camp service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any service-specific proposal, confirmation, invoice, or other terms provided to you.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use our services.

2. Our Services

Firulais Camp provides personalized online dog guidance, education, behavior support, practical resources, and professional support for dog owners and families.

Depending on the service selected and the needs of the case, our services may include written assessments and guidance, personalized plans and roadmaps, educational resources, video review, online consultations, check-ins, professional feedback, written support, and recommendations for veterinary, specialist, or in-person assistance where appropriate.

The exact scope, duration, level of support, communication channels, and deliverables depend on the service you purchase and may be described on our website, in your service confirmation, or in an individual proposal.

Firulais Camp does not guarantee that every dog or situation will be suitable for online support.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information about your dog and your situation.

Relevant information may include your dog’s age, history, health, medications, behavior, known triggers, previous training or professional support, bite or aggression history, home environment, family circumstances, daily routines, and interactions with children, adults, other dogs, or other animals.

You must inform us promptly if relevant circumstances change while we are supporting you.

You remain responsible for supervising and managing your dog safely, complying with applicable laws, and using reasonable judgment when applying our guidance.

You must not deliberately recreate, provoke, or stage a dangerous situation in order to obtain a video or demonstrate a behavior to Firulais Camp.

Failure to disclose important information may affect the suitability or effectiveness of our guidance and may require us to modify, suspend, or end the service.

4. Online Suitability and Safety

Online guidance can be appropriate for many training, education, and behavior concerns, but it is not appropriate for every dog or situation.

Firulais Camp may determine that another Firulais Camp service, veterinary assessment, specialist support, or an in-person professional is more appropriate.

We reserve the right to decline, modify, suspend, or discontinue online work where we reasonably believe that continuing online would be inappropriate or unsafe.

Firulais Camp is not an emergency service.

If there is an immediate risk to a person or animal, a veterinary emergency, or another urgent safety concern, you should contact an appropriate local veterinarian, emergency service, or qualified in-person professional.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received in full before Firulais Camp begins providing the purchased service.

The website may not offer direct checkout. Where we confirm that a service is suitable for you, Firulais Camp may provide a payment link, invoice, bank details, or another payment method separately.

Prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes or other charges may be added where required by law.

Firulais Camp may begin reviewing information, allocating professional time, assessing the case, or preparing personalized work once payment has been received.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Because Firulais Camp provides personalized services and may begin reviewing your information, assessing your case, allocating professional time, preparing guidance, or creating personalized materials after payment, fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been received and work has commenced.

This includes unused portions of multi-week programs where a client chooses to discontinue after the service has started.

If Firulais Camp is unable to provide a paid service for reasons attributable to us, we may offer an appropriate refund, partial refund, credit, or alternative arrangement depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to you.

Where applicable law provides a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period and you ask Firulais Camp to begin providing the service during that period, you may be required to expressly request immediate performance. Your refund or withdrawal rights may be affected by the amount or nature of the service already provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Consultations, Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Where your service includes a scheduled online consultation, you are responsible for attending at the agreed time.

If you fail to attend, are unavailable, or cancel or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the consultation may be considered used and may not be rescheduled or refunded.

Firulais Camp may make exceptions at its discretion in genuine exceptional circumstances.

If Firulais Camp needs to cancel or reschedule a consultation, we will offer a reasonable alternative and the consultation will not be treated as used.

8. Firulais Club

Firulais Club is intended as ongoing, lower-intensity professional support for suitable existing Firulais Camp clients.

There is no minimum membership term.

You may cancel your Firulais Club membership at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice to Firulais Camp.

Membership and any applicable fees will continue during the 30-day notice period. Fees already paid or relating to a billing period that has already begun are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation requests should be sent to hello@firulaiscamp.com.

Firulais Camp may periodically review whether the Club remains the appropriate level of support. If your needs change, we may recommend another Firulais Camp service, veterinary support, specialist support, or in-person assistance.

You may ask to rejoin Firulais Club after leaving. Before accepting you back, we may review your current situation to confirm that Firulais Club is still the appropriate level of support for you and your dog.

9. Service Changes and Escalation

Our aim is to recommend the level of support that is appropriate for the dog and situation, even where that means recommending a different service.

If a concern is outside the scope of the service originally requested, we may recommend another service, veterinary assessment, specialist support, or local in-person assistance.

If Firulais Camp determines during Quick Help that Puppy Foundations is the appropriate next step, the $129 USD paid for Quick Help may be credited toward the $649 USD Puppy Foundations program when Firulais Camp specifically recommends that transition.

Any other change in scope, additional service, or additional fee will be explained before additional paid work begins.

10. Veterinary and Professional Disclaimer

Firulais Camp provides dog education, training, behavior guidance, and related professional support.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Firulais Camp does not provide veterinary diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency veterinary care.

Behavioral changes can sometimes be associated with pain, illness, medication, or another medical issue. We may therefore recommend veterinary assessment before or during your work with us.

You should seek advice from a qualified veterinarian regarding your dog’s health, medical condition, medication, suspected illness, or injury.

Our recommendations do not replace appropriate veterinary care or local professional assistance where either is required.

11. Results and No Guarantees

Dogs, people, environments, and circumstances differ.

While Firulais Camp aims to provide thoughtful, professional, and personalized guidance, we cannot guarantee any particular behavioral, training, lifestyle, or other outcome.

Results may depend on factors including the dog’s history and individual characteristics, the accuracy of the information provided, consistency and implementation, environment and household circumstances, health, previous learning, and events outside Firulais Camp’s control.

You remain responsible for decisions concerning your dog and for safely applying the guidance provided.

12. Electronic Communications, Photographs and Video

Our services may involve communication through email, messaging platforms, video calls, file sharing, or other electronic systems.

Electronic communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted.

If you submit photographs or videos, you confirm that you have the right to share them with Firulais Camp.

Where other identifiable individuals appear, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required to share that material, including appropriate parental or guardian permission where minors are involved.

Submitted material should never be created by deliberately provoking unsafe behavior.

Photographs, videos, or other client-submitted material will not be published or used for marketing purposes solely because you submitted them for professional support. Separate permission will be obtained where appropriate before Firulais Camp uses identifiable client material publicly.

13. Support Boundaries and Response Times

Firulais Camp is not a 24-hour support service.

The communication channel, response expectations, frequency of feedback, and level of support between formal check-ins depend on the service purchased.

These details may be provided on the website, in your service description, or in your individual service confirmation.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, access to written communication does not mean unlimited or immediate support.

14. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Firulais Camp, including plans, roadmaps, guides, checklists, educational resources, written guidance, graphics, frameworks, methodologies, and other content, remain the intellectual property of Firulais Camp LLC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided to you for your own household and dog.

Without prior written permission, you may not sell or commercially exploit Firulais Camp materials, redistribute them publicly, reproduce them for use with third-party clients, present them as your own work, or create or sell derivative products based substantially on them.

15. Privacy

Firulais Camp processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Information you provide may be used where reasonably necessary to assess your situation, provide services, communicate with you, maintain appropriate records, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate business or safety interests.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Firulais Camp does not warrant that the website or services will always be uninterrupted or error-free, that every communication platform will always be available, that every case can be resolved online, or that any specific result will be achieved.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Firulais Camp LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, consultants, and professionals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular service will not exceed the amount paid to Firulais Camp for the service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firulais Camp LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, consultants, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of our services or materials, material information you knowingly or negligently fail to disclose, intentional disregard of safety instructions, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify Firulais Camp for liability arising from our own negligence, unlawful conduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Suspension or Termination of Services

Firulais Camp may suspend or terminate a service where reasonably necessary, including where payment has not been made, important information has been withheld or misrepresented, continuing online work would create an unreasonable safety concern, the case requires a different type of professional support, a client behaves abusively, threateningly, or unlawfully toward our team, or a client materially breaches these Terms.

Where Firulais Camp ends a service for reasons unrelated to a client breach, we will consider whether a refund, partial refund, credit, referral, or other reasonable arrangement is appropriate.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you provide otherwise.

If a dispute arises, you and Firulais Camp agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith written communication.

If the dispute has not been resolved within 30 days, and subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to you, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or our services may be brought in the competent state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any mandatory right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable law gives that consumer such a right.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision.

Where a material change affects an active ongoing service or recurring membership, we will provide reasonable notice where required or appropriate.

Unless required by law or mutually agreed, changes to these Terms will not retroactively alter services that have already been completed.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or treated as severable.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service description, individual proposal, payment confirmation, invoice, Privacy Policy, and other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Firulais Camp regarding the relevant service.

If an individual written service proposal expressly conflicts with these Terms, the more specific written provision will apply to that service to the extent of the conflict.
